New Evangelism Training Website
An exciting new website launches today dedicated to creating an online resource base for the many and varied aspects of evangelism. The new site begins with a number of live videos – many more due for release in the upcoming weeks, months and years.
The specialised biblical mandate for evangelism is an under-served area of Christian expression. Many who interpret the how and the why of evangelism hold divergent views on the subject, yet the mandate remains written into scripture. This site seeks to open the dialogue of evangelism wider in the Body of Christ and help equip practitioners to be fruitful in all the aspects of the work, many of which lay unexplored below the surface of regular exploration.
Entitled the “Academy of Evangelism,” the site has been a dream of well loved Australian evangelist who has held evangelistic campaigns across the continent of Australia and in wide reaching nations around the world. Now compiling his own wisdom with that of his peers, both nationally and internationally, into the site. This online resource base is now live to train and equip a new generation in an ongoing way.
Access is available for one and all, the site has delivers the initial material via “Equip Seminars” which comprise two session-streams. “Main Sessions” are in depth views on numerous theological and practical generalities of evangelism. Complimentary to this are the “Focus Sessions” which hone in on some more specialised and unique factors of evangelism.
The lecturers of these sessions span nations and generations. They have very different practices as they explore and deliver the evangelistic edge of their ministries. Yet, a heart for gospel unites and inspires them all to pass on hard-won truths that have helped them win many to faith in Christ, seeing many lives transformed by the gospel.
Additional to the Equip Seminars, soon to be uploaded, are evangelism training seminars entitled “Reaping the Harvest,” originally compiled for crusade evangelism response team training, “How to Lead a Person to Christ,” an ongoing series exploring different styles and practices and “Welcome to the Family,” a guide for those new to faith in Christ.
