“They presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.” Matthew 2:11
A very special Christmas Greeting to you
and your loved ones.

What can we learn from these three precious gifts given to the baby Jesus? And what were the Wise Men saying with these gifts?
Gold – A royal present, the peculiar treasure of kings
— they presented the gift of gold “I have found my King!”
Frankincense – A gift for deity since incense was used for worship
— They presented the gift of frankincense, “I have found my God!”
Myrrh – A gift for One destined to die; a spice used to embalm the bodies of the dead
— Presenting the gift of myrrh, “I have found my Saviour!”
Christmas is a time of giving; no doubt the idea comes from the gifts the wise men gave to the Saviour. The gifts of frankincense and myrrh were probably left with friends or relatives of Joseph and Mary. The gold was needed as the couple fled with the Christ Child down into Egypt. They would need the money God had provided for them in exile.
Looking back over the past 12 months our hearts are filled with praise to God for the way He has provided, so that so many could hear the Gospel and respond. As we approach Christmas, can we ask you to consider a generous gift as we launch into the coming year.
Wonderful doors of opportunity are opening to us but we need your help to realise them.
Please pray and ask the Lord if He would have you encourage us at this time.

Paul commended the Macedonian Believers for their giving –
- They gave sacrificially – “beyond their ability.”
- They gave willingly – “of their own accord.”
- They gave eagerly – “begging us with much entreaty.”
- They gave spiritually – “they first gave themselves to the Lord.”
Your love and interest in this work of evangelism means so very much to us. Without it we simply could not reach lost people with the Gospel. We are so very grateful.
Proclaiming ’til he comes.

Malaysia Report
It was such a joy to be invited by Dr Robert Cunville and the Billy Graham Team to speak at the Equipped to Lead” Leadership Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Upwards of a thousand key Pastors and leaders came with open, expectant hearts. It really was an exciting time. In the mealtime breaks I moved from table to table talking with delegates from all over Malaysia. They all had a burning, fervent desire to go back to their places with a fresh vision for evangelism. We are believing that a new wave of Revival will sweep across this beautiful nation.
