The day that Bill arrived in Uganda was alive with activity. It was Election Day for the Presidency. Hundreds of soldiers and police were everywhere making their presence felt. Their AK 47 machine guns at the ready meant that there would be no demonstrations. This was a day of decision.
However Bill was there to give even greater decisions, not just for time but for eternity. And decisions there were. There is nothing more powerful than the simple Gospel to change lives.
The meetings were held at the Uganda Christian University. It was so thrilling to see the large auditorium filled with the most promising up and coming minds in Uganda and from other nations in Africa. Yet here again, the simple Gospel impacted lives. These lives now have the potential of impacting so many areas in the future.
How we thank you for making this possible. Only eternity will fully reveal the results of these incredible days. We look forward to hearing stories in the future of lives that were challenged and changed. Thank you again for your loving support.
