Mildura would have to be one of Australia’s most beautiful country towns (now a city). Positioned on the Murray River and right on the border with New South Wales it provides a wonderful array of natural resources, the best being it’s people. Mildura is the hub of the whole Sunraysia region.
It was this city and area that called Bill, in partnership with the Billy Graham Australia team, to conduct this “Come Together” celebration. And what a celebration is was. Held right beside the Murray River in parkland with a spectacular sound stage, the Gospel sounded forth in song and spoken word.
The local Believers were well trained by Rodney Trinidad in the Christian Life and Witness classes. So many brought their skills from afar to reach the children in the huge Saturday morning Kid’s Fest. Music from Darin Browne with many other groups and bands all setting the stage for Bill to proclaim Christ.
